‘Korea Week 2015 – Retrospect and Prospect’ will be jointly hosted and organized by The World Bank Group Korea Office and Ministry of Strategy and Finance of Republic of Korea. The main conference will take place from June 1~2, at the Sheraton Hotel in Songdo, Incheon City. A Public Engagement Day on June 3 will be held at the Seoul Museum of History. Side events are planned during June 4~5 in various venues in Seoul.
In light of Korea’s astounding development experience through the partnership, its exceptional knowledge and expertise for development that highlights the milestone of the economic development, this conference will provide a collaborative and interactive arena for Korea’s vision and future goals in the realm of international development and role as a growing donor. This is in association with the twin goals of the World Bank Group: End extreme poverty within a generation and boost shared prosperity.
